Hello, Every 6 months or so, the Sirius XM APP or website does not recognize my password and I have to call and reset it. I have talked to support on the phone as well as online and they said they are sending me the link for a password set. I have been waiting for it over two hours. I got back online and verified the email again and they said they have resent the link but "it might take awhile".

The confirmarion email for the echo hasn't arrived yet, and I want to log in to my account to see the subscription. Issue is, in order to log in I need to find my radio id. I don't have a radio, I'm just using the app. So now I can't log in which means that when the 3 months is over I cant cancel, and I also cant examine the order.
